Our Theme Wall , Our Hardwork

Every year, we change our theme wall and every year I enjoyed making it! Last year, Vincent prepared Canning Garden center's theme wall and I prepared Pengkalan Center's. Well, we worked happily together. At times i got irritated by him, the perfectionist. Hmmm... Read from a site called Troubled With, a perfectionist is a person with low self- esteem. Well, what do you think?

Here are some of the pictures of our theme walls. And some memorable stories to share with you.

This is Pengkalan center's theme wall. The theme is "The Wonders of His Love."
In the middle, there's a stable and under the stable, there are baby Jesus, Joseph and Mary. Around the stable there are animals rejoicing for the Newly Born King. I chose this because I want to remind myself as well as other people that God sent his Son to die for our sins.

This is it. The stable.

Another view.

This is Canning Garden center's theme wall. The theme is "Sailing in His Love." When Vincent was preparing this theme wall, the flood came and we had an "exciting" experience. (read his blog about the flood). The flood came twice. And we always sang this song,"In Christ in the vessel we can smile at the storm!" Well, we did. Hahaha...

This is Giann (right?). We named the gals and boys on the wall after our student's name. She is sailing happily.

My sis asked me to take the water drops. Was there any story about it? Hmm... both of you spent a lot of time placing the water drops, right?

Ok,this is Vincent's cool sun. At least he thinks that it's cool :p

This is Desmond. The fattest boy in the center.

What do you think this is? Well, according to Vincent, it supposed to be a jelly fish, but it ended up to be like this. He asked me to help him make fish. And i thought it was one of those fish that i'd made, so if you turn to the back, it is a fish. Oh, whatever...keke

If I am not wrong, there was no crab in his draft. But he insisted to make his crab. Hahaha... He took the coloured paper, happily drawing and cutting it. Before it was put up on the wall, we thought the legs part were stones...

Whenever i see this yacht i will feel sorry. Can you see the purple part? After he completed the purple part, he placed it in the basket where we put those unwanted paper. So i thought it was one of those. I took it and i cut it for my theme wall. When i got this paper, i was wondering why the shape of this paper was so perfect. Because usually those unwanted papers do not have nice shapes. Glad that he manage the find another purple paper to fix his broken yacht though the tone was different.

This really brings back a lot of memories. Haha..the craps that we had. The laughters that we shared. Everybody shared laughters and craps. We werre really like a family.
